Refund Eligibility
Due to the digital nature of our service, refunds are generally not available once credentials have been issued and the service has been accessed. Exceptions: the service was completely unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours, you were charged incorrectly, or technical issues on our end prevented you from using the service.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us within 7 days of purchase at kit@webflowmt.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We review each request individually and respond within 48 hours.
Reseller Credits
Reseller credit purchases are non-refundable once panel access has been granted.
Cryptocurrency Payments
Due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions, refunds for crypto payments are issued as service credits rather than direct refunds.
